Senior Manager, Business Analyst, CEO Office

We are seeking a highly capable and driven professional to serve as Senior Manager, Business Analyst, CEO Office for the Asia Global Wealth and Asset Management. This role will support the Head of Business Management, CEO Office in managing key workstreams and operational initiatives that advance the strategic priorities of the CEO of Wealth and Asset Management in Asia. The incumbent will join the Leadership Team as a guest/observer.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assume select responsibilities assigned by the Asia GWAM CEO to optimize CEO time and resources to ensure efficient role performance.
- Coordinate Asia GWAM CEO Office’;s communications, planning, and decision-making processes.
- Coordinate with internal communications teams to plan and deliver key internal events, such as Town Halls and monthly business updates.
- Prepare and manage executive briefing materials, executive decks and presentations, ensuring the timely execution of internal and external Asia GWAM CEO deliverables.
- Drive alignment across teams, organize and coordinate senior-level meetings and offsites.
- Track commitments and follow-up actions across the Asia leadership team to ensure timely execution
- Manage the Asia GWAM CEO’s schedule with a focus on prioritizing activities, coordinate external and internal meetings (such as ADEC, GWLT, ELC, and Board updates) and associated critical commitments.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in financial services, consulting, or corporate strategy.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills.
- Capable of making clear business cases for proposals.
- Experience with data analysis.
- Demonstrated success in project coordination and reporting.
- Proven ability to effectively interact with senior stakeholders on cross-functional projects.
- Experience in Asia and exposure to asset or wealth management is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
