JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the software system architecture design, research and development work; convert the customer's needs into a landable architecture design; and improve high-quality delivery

- Draft specifications, technical design, unit tests, peer reviews and detailed system integration documents and any other documents as required during the project lifecycle.
- 制定规范、技术设计、单元测试、同行评审和详细的系统集成文件,以及项目生命周期中需要的任何其他文件。
- Assist in integrating and managing Generative AI applications, participate in experiments with emerging AI technologies and assess their impact on data architecture.

- Support the design of application architectures and troubleshoot issues with component architectures.

- Responsible for R&D process optimization, training, personnel development and technology sharing within the team

Must Have Skills:
- 8 年及以上工作经验, 含2年团队管理或架构2年以上经验
- 8 years and above work experience, include 2 years of team management or 2 year of experience in architecture
- 精通Java/ Python,有相关大型互联网项目及服务器开发经验者优先
- Proficient in Java / Python, with relevant experience in large-scale Internet projects and server development preferred
- 了解微服务架构理念、实现技术;熟悉常见设计模式,精通SpringBoot、Apache等主流开源框架,熟悉常用第三方类库;
- Understanding of microservice architecture concepts, implementation techniques; familiar with common design patterns, proficient in SpringBoot, Apache and other mainstream open source frameworks, familiar with commonly used third-party class libraries;
- 熟悉系统架构设计、存储、缓存、消息队列、API设计理念等
- Familiar with system architecture design, storage, caching, message queuing, API design concepts, etc.
- 优秀的SQL编写及调优能力,熟悉常见NoSQL存储,熟悉常见的消息队列中间件,如Kafka、RabbitMQ、RocketMQ等;
- Excellent SQL writing and tuning skills, familiar with common NoSQL storage, familiar with common message queuing middleware such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, RocketMQ, etc;
- 具有设计和部署云基础设施(Alicloud/Azure)的经验, 包括容器化(Kubernetes)、CI/CD 管道和云原生。
- Experience designing and deploying cloud infrastructure (Alicloud/Azure), containerization (Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native
- 对人工智能和新兴技术的热情, 熟悉生成式人工智能领域的常用编程框架和工具,有大模型(ChatGPT、Deepseek、Qwen 等)的使用经验
- Enthusiasm for AI and emerging technology, familiarity with common programming frameworks and tools in the areas of generative AI, Experience working with LLMs (ChatGPT, Deepseek, Qwen, etc.)
- 深刻理解人工智能的基本概念、过程和方法,尤其是大型模型理论
- Deep understanding of the basic concepts, processes, and methods of AI, especially in the theory of large models
- 良好的语言表达和沟通能力、团队合作能力和学习能力
- Good language expression and communication skills, teamwork ability, and learning ability.
Nice to Have:
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, with excellent communication skills.

- Previous experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a proven ability to effectively manage agile teams.

- Familiarity with fine-tuning methods for large language models like Lora and p-tuning, RAG workflow orchestration, agent development experience, and embedding deployment.

- Familiar with insure business and proficient in related business concepts. Those with innovative fintech experience are preferred.
