Senior Transition Analyst

The Senior Transition Analyst role offers a unique opportunity to lead and support critical business transitions, including process migrations, system implementations, and service onboarding. It provides exposure to cross functional operations and the chance to influence how change is delivered across the organization. By ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient transitions, Senior Transition Analysts help maintain business continuity and operational excellence. Position Responsibilities:
- Support in transition and project management of initiatives related to continuous improvement of processes, promoting digitization and expense reduction initiatives.
- Support of the Company, Divisional and Operations strategy Individual Responsibilities that define and manages the scope, strategy, requirements, and implementation of transitions and projects.
- Ensure that assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting client business objectives.
- Identify, analyze, mitigate, document, and control project risks.
- Support in effective and regular communication within the project team, stakeholders, sponsors, and management.
- Coordinate in establishing contract terms and conditions and ensure compliance in the scope of work and KPIs.
- Maintain queue of report requests from initiation through to completion, including their detailed requirements.
- Participate in business analysis activities to maintain reports and enhancements requests as needed.
- Create report standards and best practices or guidelines for repeatable processes.
- Provide detailed source analysis and data mappings to implement new data sources/integrations.
- Fully document all data processes and technical design for transparency and on-going support.
Shared Responsibilities:
- Share best practices and initiatives with other functional areas in Operations.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 - 3 years transition or project management experience
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in BPO, shared services or financial services
- Post-secondary education and equivalent business experience
- Monitor transition milestones, risks, and issues, and escalate as needed.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and standard operating procedures
- Prepare and maintain transition documentation, reports, and dashboards
- Thorough understanding of products, administration compliance, operations and systems including business desktop applications, and relevant financial products.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Adaptable to change and comfortable working in dynamic environments.
