This is an exciting opportunity to join the GWAM IT Vendor Management Team as an IT Vendor Analyst with a strong development background. In this role, you will contribute to our mission by managing strategic vendor relationships while also delivering innovative solutions using PowerBI, Microsoft Power Platform, and GenAI. You will gain exposure to cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and help shape the future of intelligent automation and data-driven decision-making.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage strategic vendor partnerships to ensure cost-effective, innovative, and high-performing engagements, while overseeing vendor-supported implementations across GWAM Tech to align with IT strategy.

  • Establish and lead processes for effective vendor operations, including invoicing through Shared Services, coordination with Accounts Payable and Finance, SOW generation and approval, contract creation and renewals, and maintaining the preferred vendor list with a focus on consolidation opportunities.

  • Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, and IT stakeholders to ensure business needs are accurately reflected in contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs) and represent GWAM IT in enterprise-wide contract governance processes.

  • Monitor and optimize vendor performance through regular reviews, ensuring contractual compliance and service excellence, while acting as a change and communication champion for the GWAM IT Vendor Management Office.

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable, user-friendly solutions using GenAI (Copilot), PowerBI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, while partnering with business units and continuously exploring emerging technologies to enhance business outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 – 3 years of experience in Project Management or Business Analysis.

  • 3+ years in a large corporate environment, preferably in Financial Services - experience with PowerBI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, and GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Strong influencing and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.

  • Work location: Quezon City, following a hybrid setup with night shift schedule

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to clarity and detail; highly customer-focused, accountable, and composed under pressure

  • Effective team player with the ability to work independently, collaborate when needed, and adapt quickly to changing priorities

  • Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of system platforms and interactions

  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills, with familiarity in project management principles, ITIL practices, and Agile methodologies

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft tools including SharePoint Online, Excel, PowerPoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and PowerBI
