Platform Technical Analyst

As an Intermediate AKS Platform Technical Analyst, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the reliability of our Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) platform and related cloud infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in cloud-native technologies while contributing to the stability and scalability of mission-critical systems. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deployments, monitor performance, and implement improvements that align with our commitment to operational excellence. Position Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain AKS clusters and related Azure PAAS services (e.g., APIM, ASE, Event Hub).
- Perform Tier 2 triage and troubleshooting of platform issues, escalating as needed.
- Assist in automation and monitoring setup to improve platform reliability and visibility.
- Support platform security, access management, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to support application onboarding and deployment.
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing across the team.
- Provide on-call support on the assign schedule
- Shift Schedule: Rotational (24/5)
- Work Setup: Hybrid – Required to work on site 3 days per week
- Location: Quezon City
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in infrastructure or platform support roles.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with AKS, Docker, or Kubernetes environments.
- Familiarity with CLI tools, Git, and basic scripting or automation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure PAAS services (e.g., APIM, ASE, Event Hub).
- Exposure to Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud monitoring tools.
- Understanding of cloud architecture and security principles.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset and customer-centric approach.
