Role Summary

As an Intermediate IT Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in driving technology solutions that enhance business performance. You’ll work independently on moderately complex projects, translating business needs into actionable insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This opportunity allows you to deepen your expertise and influence outcomes that align with our strategic goals.

Position Responsibilities

• Independently interpret and document business and functional requirements

• Analyze workflow procedures and recommend improvements

• Develop creative solutions based on data and stakeholder input

• Coordinate process changes and product implementations

• Collaborate with Technical teams to map system flows

• Translate business needs into User Stories / Technical requirements

• Facilitate design sessions and review meetings

• Define and apply acceptance testing frameworks

• Manage communication between business and technical teams

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in business analysis or related field

• Proficiency in Agile methodology and business analysis tools

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of enterprise-level systems and applications

• Experience in system design, analysis, and/or user testing

• Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills

• Ability to lead discussions on less complex issues

• Amendable to working in QC (hybrid setup) and on a mid-shift schedule (or as required by the business)
