Key Accountabilities

  • Prepares monthly payroll instruction related to attendance administration (over time, leaves), ensure that instruction captures eligibility.
  • Responsible for reviewing, approving and performing Workday related transactions as listed on the function scope of work.
  • Provides Tier 1 HR administration support to all employees in accordance with organization’s procedure documents and agreed service levels.
  • Responsible for new data validation during onboarding and support for the offboarding process.
  • Responsible for maintaining the employee p-file physically and digitally in accordance with the regulatory requirement and company Records Retention Policy.
  • Provide the necessary support for company assisted work visa application together with the Global Mobility and accredited vendor
  • Work with the Employee Relations Team in managing the Labor Contract Renewal
  • Participate and support employee engagement for both local and global activities
  • Responsible in the creation and timely updating of Standard Operating Procedures
  • Other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time

We are looking for someone with:

  • Ability to develop and maintain strong consulting relationships with HR and business leaders
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, advanced formulas etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Understanding of key data integrity principles with ability to foresee downstream implications
  • Expert ability to analyze and summarize data and to identify key findings and related business implications
  • Ability to work independently and to prioritize, plan work and meet deliverables
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with high level of professionalism and customer focus

  • Good communication skills with ability to compose and convey information accurately (verbal and written
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong PC skills with ability to learn and toggle between multiple system applications and tools
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize work, and handle time-sensitive requests from multiple team members, across time zones

  • Consistently attain the service level set by the company.
  • Maintains consistency and accuracy in updating Knowledge base, HRIS and other HRSS systems.
  • Ensures that all transactions are documented and processed within the agreed timeframe.
  • Updates procedures documents, process maps and works instructions regularly and comply with the document storage rules of the company.
  • Develop mastery and expertise of the processes to be able to suggest improvements which leads to higher efficiency.
  • Maintain a filing system to meet local and audit requirements
  • Perform quarterly audit on the data integrity on Workday
