Position Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert on distribution compensation systems, processes, and procedures.

  • Lead or support system implementation projects, including requirement gathering, testing, deployment, and post-implementation review.

  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure system solutions meet operational and compensation needs.

  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members to support their development.

  • Conduct operational and managerial analysis of medium complexity to support compensation-related decisions.

  • Assist in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of compensation models and operational tools.

  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance departmental efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high standards of customer service.

  • Perform research and analysis to support compensation inquiries and provide insights to internal teams.

  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely and accurate execution.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive compensation and personnel data.

  • Respond to inquiries regarding compensation payments and resolve discrepancies.

  • Collaborate with business partners and support units to rectify compensation errors and ensure data integrity.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information System or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry, preferably with exposure to distribution or mutual funds.

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations, compensation, or financial analysis.

  • Experience in system implementation or project coordination is a strong advantage.

  • Proficiency in Alteryx and Microsoft Excel (including Macros) is preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
