We’re looking for a Product Manager, Enterprise Digital Experience Enablement to help deliver and optimize our Adobe AEM platform and sandbox supporting the execution of our broader content platform strategy.

You’ll be accountable for planning, executing and delivering the Adobe AEM sandbox roadmap, collaborating with business stakeholders, engineering, and design, to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact features and optimizations. You will also work with other product managers on the broader team to contribute to the overall strategic AEM roadmap. As the in-house AEM sandbox super user, your focus will be to drive awareness, adoption, improve user experience, ensuring that the AEM sandbox is a polished product that aligns with the broader AEM Cloud initiative.

Success in this role requires a strong understanding of enterprise CMS platforms (especially Adobe AEM), excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate across teams and priorities. You’ll also play a key role in supporting change management efforts—ensuring new features are well-communicated, adopted, and continuously improved. You will develop ways to measure sandbox adoption and usage to support change management and stakeholder awareness.

Position Responsibilities:

Product Delivery and Implementation:

  • Accountable for planning, execution and delivery of key capabilities to enable Global AEM sandbox.

  • Align sandbox strategy and plan to the Global AEM platform and Enterprise DAM roadmap and objectives.

  • Contribute to the overall Global AEM platform roadmap and initiative.

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and prioritize development efforts.

  • Actively engage in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily standups, to drive effective product delivery.

  • Influence and input on the prioritization for AEM components, fragments and templates.

  • Craft detailed user stories and prioritize the product backlog, managing trade-offs to facilitate efficient product development.

  • Provide regular updates on delivery progress and collaborate with teams to maintain alignment with delivery goals and timelines.

  • Oversee user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality standards and requirements are met.

  • Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals.

  • Understand user personas, pain points and journeys.

Change Management and Adoption Activities:

  • Champion and drive awareness and adoption of AEM sandbox, and engage stakeholders on feature launches and changes.

  • As the product expert and super user of the Adobe sandbox, guide stakeholders on proper use of the sandbox, and how to prepare to move to the Global AEM Cloud.

  • Facilitate adoption plans and ensure smooth rollouts of new product features.

  • Lead development and socialization of training, go-to-market communications, and demos to support stakeholder onboarding and learning in the sandbox.

  • Develop dashboards and measurement tracking to monitor sandbox adoption and usage metrics.

  • Gather feedback to continuously refine product adoption strategies.

Stakeholder Alignment:

  • Cultivate strategic relationships and ensure alignment with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Establish regular touchpoints with segments / markets to ensure alignment on sandbox roadmap and usage.

  • Address and resolve challenges transparently, seeking guidance and support from leadership as needed.

Data-Driven Insights and Strategic Decisions:

  • Apply structured prioritization frameworks to make data-driven decisions, ensuring roadmap alignment and refinement with the Global AEM Cloud initiative.

  • Analyze product data to monitor performance, identify trends, and drive informed decision-making.

  • Monitor and generate reports on product KPIs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline. Background in product management with a consistent track record of accomplishment of delivering and maintaining successful digital products. Proven experience in SaaS product management; global or multi-market product management experience is an asset.

  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities for navigating complex product challenges. Solution-oriented, organized self-starter who can drive action and outcomes.

  • Technical Acumen: Understanding of relevant software development methodologies. Experience working with engineering, and technical teams with proven ability to engage on technical concepts (e.g. APIs, integrations, environments).

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in required. Certifications in Product Management or related disciplines (e.g./ CSPO, SAFe, Pragmatic Institute) are a plus.]

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Domain Expertise: Experience in financial services, insurance, wealth or related domains.

  • Digital Platform Expertise: Experience with enterprise-grade platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce).

  • Collaboration & Influence: Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, and marketing teams. Skilled at articulating product vision, aligning priorities, and influencing stakeholders to drive product growth and innovation—without direct people management responsibilities. Coordinates vendor delivery where majority of development activities are outsourced. Experience putting together materials and presenting to stakeholders.

  • Iterative Delivery Proficiency: Demonstrated experience supporting iterative product delivery that drives business results and enhances customer experience. Established track record in collaborating across teams using methodologies such as Lean, Scrum, and Kanban, and be skilled in tools like Jira to maintain alignment and visibility throughout the product lifecycle.

  • AI Familiarity: Familiarity with the latest AI trends and technologies, providing a forward-thinking perspective that can be a significant asset in future product enhancements.

  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong grasp of UX principles and user behavior. Experienced in synthesizing customer feedback (quantitative and qualitative) to inform product decisions and enhance user satisfaction.

  • Stakeholder Management: Skilled in engaging diverse stakeholders across business units, functions, or regions, aligning product vision with multiple priorities and perspectives; experience translating technical details for non-technical stakeholders at various levels and vice-versa. Proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels, fostering alignment and team success.

  • Digital Transformation and Change Management: Track record of driving modernization and transformation initiatives through SaaS platforms, balancing customer needs with enterprise-scale requirements. Demonstrated experience leading organizational adoption of new digital products or platforms, including rollout planning, training and stakeholder communications.

  • Product Management Mindset: Experience managing launched products, prioritizing feature development and optimization, as well as intakes/feedback from stakeholders. In-depth knowledge of handling the product lifecycle from conceptualization through to deployment, ensuring timely and successful product launches incorporating change management, and digital engagement strategies.

Salary range is expected to be between

$86,250.00 CAD - $155,250.00 CAD
