Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Senior BI Analyst to support the measurement and performance tracking of our AI/STP transformation initiatives. This role will be instrumental in developing and maintaining business intelligence frameworks, dashboards, and insights that inform decision-making across automation, orchestration, and NextGen operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of data visualization tools, and a passion for translating complex data into actionable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track AI/STP program KPIs and performance metrics
Collaborate with program leads to define measurement frameworks aligned to strategic goals
Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across transformation streams
Support data quality audits and validation processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights
Secondary focus on experimenting, building, and deploying low-code capabilities to support AI and Straight-Through Processing (STP) initiatives in collaboration with the Digital Transformation Services team.
Partner with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
Contribute to the development of BI capabilities supporting low-code, IDP, and orchestration initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or related field
3–5 years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence, analytics, and automation.
Strong data mindset with expertise in data modeling & visualization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI and Power Apps.
Familiarity with Copilot and AI-driven tools for analytics and automation.
Ability to build and track KPIs to measure AI program effectiveness.
Strong understanding of analytics frameworks and automation best practices.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets
Experience supporting enterprise transformation or automation programs
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with AI/STP, IDP, and low-code platforms
Experience with data governance, audit, and control frameworks
Knowledge of Agile delivery environments and Jira reporting
Strong communication skills with ability to present insights to senior stakeholders
Experience working in matrixed or cross-border teams

Salary range is expected to be between
