We’re looking for an Information Resource Analyst to join our Insurance Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are responsible in collecting clinical and provider forms to determine the claim of the policy holder.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with providers to complete and obtain eligibility, clinical, and medical documentation (forms, assessments, summaries, care plans, visit logs).
  • Create and manage VT feed item cases, ensuring timely and accurate case processing.
  • Review provider-submitted forms for completeness and correctness (IGO/NIGO evaluation).
  • Maintain strict attention to HIPAA/POA handling to prevent information breaches.
  • Oversee escalation and workload management, ensuring escalated/appeals cases are handled promptly and all cases are worked at least twice weekly and do not exceed 30 days.

Required Qualifications:

  • Open to fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree
  • Undergraduates may also apply, provided they have at least 2 years of BPO, back‑office, or administrative experience
  • Candidates with experience in back-office operations or administrative roles are highly desirable. This includes familiarity with office management tasks, data entry, document handling, and providing general support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • A bachelor's degree in any field is required.
  • Amenable for fixed night shift.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background of long term care insurance and contact center experience.
