Senior Financial Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Data: Download, analyze and interpret financial data from ledger
- Liaison: Liaise between Regional Office Finance and Data Office within the organization to collect required data
- Reporting: Consolidate Data Office cost center level data and assist to prepare management reports and/or financial reporting documents. Manage and report monthly KPIs to the management.
- Analysis: Responsible for on-going spend tracking, and assist in the preparation of monthly expense variance analysis
- Finance: Participate in formulating IT expense budgets and forecasts
- Other Work as Assigned
- 5-7 years or above of accounting or financial reporting related work experience is necessary, and fluent English communication is a must
- Bachelor Degree or above (CPA/ACCA holder or relevant certificates preferred)
- English: proficient in both speaking and writing
- Communication: strong interpersonal skills
- Tool: comprehensive knowledge on Excel functions and pivot tables, MS Office and PowerBI, knowledge on Anaplan and Sharepoint are a plus
- Reporting skills: experience in formal management reporting and/or PowerBI is highly preferred
- Strong logics and strong reasoning skills
- -Excellent communicator and multi-tasking problem solver
- Self-starter, attentive to details, well-organized and team oriented
