The Director, AI Transformation – Agency is responsible for driving and coordinating the delivery of AI-enabled capabilities for the Agency channel across Asia. This regional role ensures consistent execution quality, delivery pace, and alignment across markets, while allowing for local customization based on market needs.

The role acts as a central orchestrator and enabler, supporting markets to accelerate AI adoption, avoid duplication, and build scalable AI capabilities that enhance agency productivity and effectiveness.

Position Responsibilities:

Regional AI Delivery & Orchestration
• Drive and oversee the regional execution of AI initiatives for the Agency channel across markets.
• Ensure timely delivery, execution quality, and alignment across multiple markets with differing levels of AI maturity.
• Prevent fragmented or isolated market-level AI implementations through regional coordination and guidance.

AI Use Case Enablement
• Support markets in shaping, prioritizing, and implementing AI use cases for the Agency channel.
• Promote reuse of AI models, frameworks, and implementation patterns where appropriate to improve speed, consistency, and efficiency.
• Balance regional consistency with local tailoring to suit market-specific business, regulatory, and cultural contexts.

Market Partnership & Advisory
• Act as a strategic partner to local agency and AI/transformation teams, providing guidance on AI solution design, execution approach, and delivery challenges.
• Support markets in execution planning, capability gaps, and AI readiness.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints early and work with stakeholders to resolve them.

Stakeholder & Governance Management
• Collaborate closely with Agency leadership, Technology, Data, and Transformation teams at both regional and market levels.
• Establish light-touch regional governance to support AI prioritization, delivery tracking, and issue escalation.
• Provide clear progress updates and actionable insights to senior stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement & Value Tracking
• Monitor adoption and effectiveness of AI solutions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Capture and share best practices across markets to continuously improve AI execution speed and quality.
• Support measurement of business impact, including advisor productivity, efficiency, and experience.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in AI transformation, business transformation, or technology-enabled delivery roles.
• Strong experience with the Agency distribution channel.
• Solid experience working across multiple markets or regions, preferably in Asia.
• Hands-on exposure to AI, automation, data-driven decisioning, or advanced analytics, with the ability to translate concepts into execution.
• Proven track record of driving complex initiatives through influence and collaboration.
