The Business & Quality Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring that quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. This role works closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, document workflows, and develop solutions that drive operational efficiency and enhance product quality. Additionally, the analyst oversees post-funding quality control, ensuring that operations remain compliant and performance standards are sustained after funding milestones are achieved.
Position Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to support project objectives.
Document current and future state business processes, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet quality standards and business needs.
Monitor project deliverables and perform quality assurance reviews throughout implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate process improvements and resolve issues.
Report on quality metrics and business outcomes to management, providing actionable insights.
Conduct post-funding quality control activities, including reviewing compliance with funding requirements, verifying ongoing operational standards, and ensuring documentation integrity following funding disbursement.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
Proven experience in business analysis and quality assurance roles.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Familiarity with business process modeling and quality management methodologies.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in post-funding quality control, compliance review, or audit processes is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset. If the successful candidate is in Québec, proficiency in both languages will be required to support clients from various provinces outside of Quebec.
Experience with project management tools and techniques.
Certification in business analysis or quality assurance
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting software

Salary range is expected to be between
$59,100.00 CAD - $98,500.00 CADEmployees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
