We’re looking for an early-career AI Product Analyst to join our Global Technology Operations team and help build next-generation GenAI solutions that power IT operations at scale.

In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers and product teams to design, build, and deploy AI-driven applications that improve system reliability, reduce manual effort, and enhance the user experience across global platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about AI and want to apply their skills in a real-world enterprise environment—while continuing to learn, grow, and develop new capabilities.

We offer a collaborative and supportive team environment that values curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, test, and deploy AI-powered applications across backend and frontend systems

  • Develop backend services and APIs using Python (e.g., FastAPI)

  • Build intuitive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React)

  • Integrate applications with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow and observability tools

AI & GenAI Development

  • Build AI-driven solutions using LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI)

  • Support the development of AI workflows that help automate operational processes

  • Work with data teams to access and use enterprise data effectively

Collaboration & Engineering Practices

  • Participate in agile development, including sprint planning and iterative delivery

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

  • Contribute to testing, debugging, and performance improvement

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions and time zones

Operations & Support

  • Support application releases and ongoing system performance

  • Participate in a structured on-call rotation with team support

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field

  • Hands-on experience (internship, co-op, or project-based) in software development

  • Proficiency in Python and experience building APIs or backend services

  • Working knowledge of JavaScript (e.g., React) or willingness to learn

  • Basic understanding of REST APIs and system integration concepts

  • Interest in AI/ML and emerging technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure)

  • Exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, or retrieval-based AI concepts (RAG)

  • Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform)

  • Knowledge of enterprise tools such as ServiceNow or observability platforms

How You’ll Succeed:

  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Show curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn new technologies

  • Communicate effectively and collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams

  • Contribute to a team-oriented environment and shared success

  • Adapt to a dynamic and evolving technology landscape

When you join our team:

  • We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.

  • We’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.

  • As part of our global team, we’ll support you in shaping the future you want to see.
