Investment Operations Analyst

- Process routine and standard financial and non-financial transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate transaction records to support client and stakeholder interactions
- Partner with Business Units, Sales, and Operations teams to resolve escalated issues
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely processing of requests
- Assist in documenting and improving internal and external processes
- Identify and resolve moderately complex issues, escalating when necessary
- Manage and prioritize workload to meet fluctuating or urgent demands
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in financial services, operations, or a related field
- Experience working with transaction processing systems or financial platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience in mutual funds, securities, or dealer operations
- Knowledge of Canada Retail Business processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and processes
