This is an opportunity to join Manulife’s Canada Retail Operations team as an Operations Analyst, where you will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely financial and non-financial transactions for clients and advisors. In this role, you will contribute to our mission by ensuring high-quality service, supporting operational excellence, and strengthening stakeholder partnerships. You will gain valuable exposure to end-to-end transaction processing, problem-solving, and continuous process improvement. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about delivering excellent client service.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Process routine and standard financial and non-financial transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate transaction records to support client and stakeholder interactions
  • Partner with Business Units, Sales, and Operations teams to resolve escalated issues
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely processing of requests
  • Assist in documenting and improving internal and external processes
  • Identify and resolve moderately complex issues, escalating when necessary
  • Manage and prioritize workload to meet fluctuating or urgent demands
Required Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in financial services, operations, or a related field
  • Experience working with transaction processing systems or financial platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in mutual funds, securities, or dealer operations
  • Knowledge of Canada Retail Business processes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and processes
