The Digital Product & Insights Analyst plays a critical role in driving the success of Manulife's digital ecosystem by combining product ownership, business analysis, and data-driven decision making. This role will partner closely with Business Owners, Technology teams to identify opportunities, optimize digital experience, monitor business outcomes, and ensure digital investments deliver measurable value.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Product Ownership and Business Partnership

  • Digital Analytics and Performance Monitoring

  • Business Value Realization

  • Governance and Strategic Reporting

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, Digital Product, Data Analytics, or related fields

  • Experience with digital adoption and customer engagement analytics

  • Knowledge with digital ecosystems, SQL, PBI, or advanced data analytics

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Insurance or Finance industry experience

  • Product Owner certification (CSPO, PSPO, Agile Product Owner)
