This is an opportunity to support Private Markets Operations through regulatory reporting, governance, vendor oversight, technology initiatives, and business analysis work. The role contributes to the team’s mission by helping ensure reporting deliverables, controls, documentation, and operational priorities are completed accurately and on time. The successful candidate will gain exposure to private markets operations, senior management materials, cross-functional stakeholders, and business transformation initiatives. This role also offers the opportunity to support automation, systems enhancements, and AI-enabled solutions that help improve how the team works.
Position Responsibilities:
Support Solutions team initiatives, including technology projects, system enhancements, business analysis, testing, AI-enabled solutions, and implementation readiness.
Support regulatory reporting deliverables, including AIFMD Annex IV, AEOI FATCA/CRS, SEC Form PF, SEC Form ADV, and CIMA filings.
Assist with vendor oversight activities, including performance tracking, scorecards, documentation, and stakeholder follow-up.
Prepare and maintain materials for senior management, committees, board meetings, vendors, and governance forums.
Track project milestones, open items, risks, decisions, and follow-ups across Solutions & Governance priorities.
Analyze operational data, document requirements, and help translate business needs into practical solutions.
Maintain documentation, procedures, evidence, and tracking files to support controls, audit readiness, regulatory deliverables, and project execution.
Partner with Operations, Compliance, Technology, Legal, Risk, vendors, and other stakeholders to support timely execution.
Research and resolve routine to moderately complex operational issues, escalating risks or gaps as appropriate.
Required Qualifications:
2–5 years of experience in financial services, asset management, fund accounting, private equity fund operations, regulatory reporting, vendor oversight, business analysis, or a related function.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Experience working with data, reporting, procedures, controls, documentation, projects, or operational processes.
Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Business analysis mindset with the ability to organize requirements, track details, and follow through on deliverables.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a control-focused environment.
Ability to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot, and AI-enabled business solutions.
Experience supporting regulatory reporting deliverables in a financial services, asset management, or private markets environment.
Experience supporting vendor oversight activities, including performance tracking, scorecards, documentation, or stakeholder follow-up.
Exposure to technology initiatives, system enhancements, automation, testing, or implementation readiness.

Salary range is expected to be between
$53,250.00 USD - $88,750.00 USDEmployees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
