We are seeking a Job Developer.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- Work with youth individually and in group settings to address barriers that hinder personal, education, and profession-based advancement.
- Manage a youth caseload inclusive of preparation of clear, accurate and well documented case/progress notes, Individual Service Plans (ISP) and organized case records.
- Maintain all job development related documentation via KidSmart system for each active youth participant on assigned caseload.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related field.
- Some related experience working with youth and/or youth programs.
- Additional education may substitute for required experience and additional related experience may substitute for required education beyond HS Diploma/Graduation Equivalent, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.
