We are seeking a Sr. Research Assistant who will conduct Intensive research and scholarly work on a Department of Defense grant to complete the grant-funded research activities.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Use diffusion tensor imaging and resting state fMRI data to delineate neural pathways of interest.
  • Correlate imaging features and pathways to longitudinal neurocognitive outcomes.
  • Present research projects at meetings and conferences.
  • Perform data collection and/or statistical analysis for various research projects.
  • Manage and track large amounts of sensitive and diverse data,
  • Balance a multitude of ongoing competing deadlines
  • Assist with tasks on other research projects as required.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in related discipline.
  • Two years of related experience.
  • Additional education may substitute for required experience and additional related experience may substitute for required education beyond HS Diploma/Graduation Equivalent, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Python, R and MATLAB.
  • Experience with machine learning/deep learning.
  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • PhD or near to completion of a PhD (or equivalent).

Starting Salary Range: $41,300 - $72,300 Annually ($50,000 targeted; Commensurate w/exp.)
