Job Summary
The Business Support professional will partner with stakeholders across regions and functions to ensure alignment with firm standards, support regulatory compliance, and drive operational excellence. The role requires strong analytical skills, adaptability, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain expertise in WKO policies, procedures, and systems.
- Contribute to risk and control inventory, ensuring effective controls are in place.
- Provide management with key metrics and reports on quality framework progress and findings.
- Participate in projects aimed at enhancing the KYC framework.
- Build strong internal partnerships, proactively addressing challenges and roadblocks.
- Stay informed on process, procedural, and regulatory changes, assessing impacts on ongoing work.
- Manage workload and priorities, escalating key risks/issues as needed.
- Identify and implement process improvements, supporting business and technology initiatives.
- Students of Business Administration, Economy, Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of VBA, SharePoint, Alteryx, Tableau, and programming languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in AML, Compliance, Fraud, KYC, or Operational Risk an advantage.
- Competent in mainframe and PC based systems, with a strong proficiency in MS Office.
