As a Senior Market and Product Expansion Associate in Payments Cross Currency, you contribute significantly to your team’s success and test the regulatory requirements for our products. You work across the organization, build critical relationships, and prepare the products to go to market.

Job responsibilities

  • Develops a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively tailor collateral to specific markets
  • Develop content and collateral that supports the Cross Currency Payment value proposition for delivery through training, marketing, communications, process & procedures and standardized proposal content.
  • Support go-to-market activities associated with product launches, migrations, changes or enhancements to ensure field readiness for client facing teams and internal stakeholders

  • Supports the team on pricing analysis to evaluate market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and client behavior
  • Partner with Marketing to support regional and global Marketing plans/efforts

  • Builds and maintains working relationships with stakeholders across distinct functions including Legal, Risk, Compliance Operations, and Technology
  • Applies the defined regulatory testing procedures and uses discretion to identify and respond to complex cases when it is unclear whether a product meets market requirements
  • Contributes to the development of the regulatory testing process and identifies inefficiencies for product improvements

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise working in Product, Technology, or Project Management
  • An effective collaborator and engaging communicator with the ability to align various cross-functional stakeholders

  • Ideally experience with the commercialization of new products; support readiness, marketing collateral, pilots

  • Developing knowledge of risk management and controls, regional and local nuances, and governance requirements
  • Experience in developing and executing regulatory testing procedures
  • Excellent time management and organization skills; a self-starter.

  • Methodical and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
