Job Summary:
As a Business Transformation & Data Analytics Sr. Associate within the Business Transformation team, you will focus on supporting our data analytics efforts to meet growing business needs. Your responsibilities will include dashboarding, analyzing client behavior, reducing inquiries, and managing stakeholder relationships. This role is integral to our case management and line of business client analysis pillar, and will evolve as business needs expand.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner directly with Client Onboarding and Service (COS) Leadership to understand stakeholder needs.
- Drive data forensics at the client level, focusing on digital adoption and service behavior changes.
- Track client behavior, identify roadblocks, and document detailed client interactions.
- Utilize skills in Project Management, Process Improvement, and Agile disciplines.
- Inspire a culture of innovation and execute ideas around strategic transformation.
- Develop innovative solutions to problems.
- Research and benchmark best business practices, analyze data, and provide process improvement recommendations.
- Work independently and collaboratively to maximize productivity efficiently.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Data Analytics.
- Proficiency in Alteryx, Qlik, Tableau, SQL.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Relentless and versatile learner with an aptitude for assimilating new industry, company, product, or technical knowledge.
- Demonstrated professional presence with the ability to adapt to evolving needs and situations.
- Ability to work independently and escalate complex and unusual issues when necessary.
- Strong analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Python knowledge is a plus but not required.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
