Job Description

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Collect information across multiple product domains and coordinate, manage and track progress of work streams in adherence with milestones across product and engineering teams. Create executive summary, project plans and roadmap for future releases. Host detailed sessions with various stakeholders to effectively review and refine the product management-operating model. Drive improvements to the operating model based on lessons learned. Lead the creation and syndication of relevant process documentation with stakeholders and users within the firm. Collaborate with product managers to develop a suite of tools to drive Data Controls, Data Risks and Data Governance programs. Provide project updates, raise potential risks, identify issues, test assumptions and facilitate resolution of dependencies at various forums as Subject Matter Expert. Use advanced analytic techniques to draw insights from Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across product work streams. Automate the management of product work streams by building tools that fetch metrics driving efficiency. Facilitate the execution of cost and benefit analyses in support of usability decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as Product Associate, IT Project Manager, Software Engineer, Business Analyst, Consultant (IT), or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: Data management controls, processes, delivery, and execution with at least one of the following highly regulated industries: Banking and Financial Services, Life Sciences, or Healthcare; analyzing, assessing, and presenting implications of regulations on data management controls and defending to stakeholders; analyzing Cloud storage and its interaction with products across environments; AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure; leading a project through the project management process, including identifying objectives and driving execution against goals; Facilitation of Agile ceremonies; the Product Offering process, including documentation of features and capability requirements, socialization to stakeholders, and collaborating with technologists in the execution; Atlassian tools to set up boards and pages using JIRA and Confluence; Stakeholder Management, establishing expectations and aligning stakeholders across business lines and functional areas; Data Analysis using Microsoft Excel pivot tables, chart visualizations, and embedded functions; performing root cause analysis; reporting with visualizations using at least one of the following reporting tools: Tableau, Power BI or Qlikview; Presenting analysis, findings, and proposed actions to leadership.
