As a Business Assistant Analyst in the Legal Group, you will provide strategic support to Legal Managing Directors across Securities Services Legal. You will collaborate with senior leaders to drive business objectives and manage a complex set of responsibilities. Your role will involve building strong relationships, optimizing scheduling, and supporting key legal initiatives. Join us to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, global environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage executive diaries and optimize scheduling with senior stakeholders.
  • Create Passport matters and assist with LOB specific project work
  • Lead planning and execution of high-profile events and meetings.
  • Support legal recruitment strategy and onboarding programs.
  • Coordinate complex global travel logistics and manage travel budgets.
  • Prepare pre-meeting materials and support legal documentation processes.
  • Develop and implement innovative processes for stakeholder engagement.
  • Implement a "Train the Trainer" program for administrative capabilities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and participate in legal initiatives.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels.
  • Expertise in complex global diary management with Outlook.
  • Strong judgment and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Executive-level communication skills through various modes.
  • Experience in arranging complex international travel itineraries.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with independent solutions.
  • Advanced technical capabilities and awareness of firm technology.
  • Professional demeanor and composure under pressure.
