As an SEO Associate in the Home Lending Digital Marketing team, you will actively participate in our digital marketing efforts. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and develop SEO content that drives digital lead traffic. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to engage in strategy planning, content development, and performance analysis, all while contributing to our mission of helping customers achieve homeownership.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements SEO strategies to enhance digital lead traffic.
  • Collaborates with Marketing Strategy, Product, Risk, Regulatory, Legal, Editorial, and Digital Production teams.
  • Creates and manages a mortgage education content library with written content, custom imagery, and infographics.
  • Plans and executes content strategies, including topic selection and editorial development.
  • Tracks and reports on content performance and goal achievement.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves issues in marketing campaigns.
  • Engages in strategy planning and performance analysis.
  • Contributes to a positive customer experience through digital marketing efforts.
  • Supports the Sales Team by generating digital lead traffic.
  • Participates in cross-functional collaboration to execute marketing campaigns.
  • Assists in the development of a best-in-class digital marketing approach.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or SEO.
  • Strong understanding of SEO strategies and content development.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and generate insights.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in the financial or home lending industry.
  • Familiarity with content management systems.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in marketing.
