Job Description
- Develop consultative client facing content (relationship reviews, commercial card and B2B pitchbooks) along with product specific content to align with the overall value messaging
- Engage with Innovation Delivery Team leads around product commercialization to ensure internal artifacts meet sales and client management needs and that there is alignment across all products
- Manage weekly training forum ensuring training content is client centric and fit for purpose, hosting weekly calls, recording via zoom and posting for easy access
- Support Treasury Services Product Marketing engagements with Commercial Card, engaging subject matter experts to support campaign deliverables ensuring outcomes align with Commercial Card and B2B Payable objectives
- Manage and curate Commercial Card product presences across databases (Sales Hub, OneSource SharePoint sites) for 30+ products
- Leverage centralized product newsletter, Payment Readiness Weekly, to promote the Commercial Card agenda
- Partner with Commercial Banking Market Readiness on product commercialization outputs
- Draft, package and align on Treasury Services Commercialization quarterly roadmap
- Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
- Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
- Knowledge and experience selling emerging payment solutions or treasury solutions particularly in go to market, product management, product marketing, communications, treasury management sales, or business to business sales
- Strong writing skills and proven experience communicating key value messages across matrixed organizations along with ability to manage multiple projects and diverse engagements with focus on the details
- Enthusiastic self starter with a willingness to operate a both highly strategic levels (defining customer problems, marketing, and positioning of solutions) and at tactical levels, such as making accessible product support resources via online solutions
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
