Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Product Manager focused on building innovative AI and automation solutions for Data Governance and Modernization.
As a Product Manager – AI & Automation Solutions for Data Governance & Modernization in Consumer & Community Banking team , you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and drive the development of tools that enhance data quality, compliance, and operational efficiency. Ideal candidates have experience in product management, a passion for emerging technologies, and a strong understanding of data governance principles. You will play a key role in shaping products that empower organizations to manage and modernize their data assets securely and intelligently.

Job responsibilities
  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Leads product discovery and research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product strategy
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Experience with AI systems and data governance
  • UX design sense
