Join a dynamic team within Banking Operations, supporting client account onboarding, maintenance, and regulatory remediation initiatives.
Job Summary
As an Analyst in Client Account Services within Banking Operations, you will play a key role in account onboarding and maintenance, working with client and account data across various products and remediation projects. You will ensure the accuracy and compliance of account data, review systems of record, and contribute to regulatory and control-driven initiatives. Your work will support the broader team by providing updates, maintaining product knowledge, and applying a control-focused approach to all activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute account onboarding and maintenance activities with precision and timeliness.
- Act with urgency and demonstrate strong attention to detail in all tasks.
- Drive for results by maintaining personal accountability and meeting commitments.
- Escalate issues promptly, focusing on effective resolution and risk mitigation.
- Prioritize and sequence work thoughtfully, considering time and resource impacts.
- Respond and remain accessible to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure client needs are anticipated and exceeded.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Operational business knowledge of processes, data, and technology platforms.
- Ability to solve basic problems and apply knowledge of role-related risks.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to frame persuasive work product communications.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
- Experience in account data management or client onboarding within financial services.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and remediation projects.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively seek advice and effectively prioritize work.
- Knowledge of the Firm’s HR practices and policies.d analytical skills
