Join our dynamic Agency Lending Department, where you’ll be part of a team managing Settlements, Contract Compare, Reference Data, and Billing processes. As a key contributor, you will support the seamless execution of trade settlements and play an essential role in contract comparison and billing operations. Job Summary

As a Trade Services Analyst within the Agency Lending Department, you will support the daily operations for trade settlements, contract comparison, and billing processes. You will ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks while maintaining compliance with internal policies and market regulations. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues and drive operational excellence.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills.

1. Provide hands on leadership to the Agency Lending Trade Management/Settlements team.
2. Knowledge of Trade Life Cycle and Settlements
3. Ensure day to day operations are managed within the key operational parameters determined.
4. Align priorities to the broader business strategy.
5. Communicate and influence behavior upstream and with partners to improve results.
6. Prioritize and deliver results to achieve business objectives.
7. Identify issues and escalate as needed.
8. Identify ways to improve processes/procedures to enhance quality and/or productivity.
9. Identify and deliver appropriate solutions that address the needs of clients/customers/stakeholders.
10. Anticipate and promptly address client/customer/stakeholder needs.
11. Collaborate across teams to leverage expertise, products, and services to meet client/customer/stakeholder needs.


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

1. Knowledge of Trade Life Cycle and Settlements will be an added advantage.
2. Leadership skills to motivate and bind a team across geographies.
3. Adaptable to change and ability to manage change.
4. Relationship building with diverse groups and senior executives.
5. Logical & reasoning ability
6. People management experience
7. Excellent business writing and verbal English communication skills
