Job Description
At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centred on trust and optimised for culture, connection, clarity and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
You will be a key member of our APAC Product Marketing team with opportunities to work with a variety of stakeholders and partners across LinkedIn Talent Solutions (LTS) in one of our fastest-growing regions. You will collaborate closely with global and regional stakeholders and cross functional partners to inform new product innovations, build market readiness, drive customer adoption (including competitive overview) that fuels growth across the APAC region. As the local ANZ market expert you will have the opportunity to spearhead exciting localised strategies and enable field activations for global Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives.
You will have delivered successful GTM strategies and new product launches through strong collaboration, communication and innovation.

Responsibilities:
- Lead global GTM initiatives in the region
- Utilise local market expertise including product fit, Voice of Customer, Voice of Field, competitive intelligence, localisation and translation of messaging/positioning
- Support LTS growth initiatives, partnering with global product marketing teams, regional sales leaders and cross-functional partners to drive adoption of our products for specific market industry segments
- Partner cross-functionally to assess support requirements for new product/feature launches and develop the sales enablement strategy
- Drive field activation and selling success strategies
- Partner with the broader marketing team and cross-functional partners (e.g. Go-to-Market Enablement, Insights) to build and deliver sales enablement programs, account prioritisation strategies, narratives, case studies, roundtables that will address gaps/friction and drive revenue growth
- Contribute to our Voice of Market (Customer, Field, Competition) efforts for the region, and communicate market insights at regional and global levels, helping inform and influence product and sales strategies
- Build strong relationships across Product Management, Sales, Business Operations and Strategy, Customer Success, Sales Operations, Insights and GTM enablement
- Be an expert in synthesising product information into actionable, scalable strategies capable of demonstrating the clear value and/or needs of our customers and sales partners in the region
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in Product Marketing, Go-To-Market for B2B, SaaS, or high-tech environment
- BA/BS degree in Marketing or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational, project management and time management skills
- Experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative customer and market research
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build authentic business relationships and deal effectively with relational challenges as they come up
