Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Transformation Analyst to join our Controllership Finance Transformation team. This high-impact role will focus on driving improvements across the Procure to Pay (P2P), Travel & Expenses, and Order to Cash (O2C) domains, helping enhance global finance operations.
In this role, you will work closely with finance business teams, accounting, and finance engineering to execute key process and system improvement initiatives.
Please note: this is not a hands-on technical role. Instead, your focus will be on business process analysis, gathering requirements, facilitating cross-functional alignment, and ensuring the successful delivery of transformation projects.

Basic Qualifications
The pay range for this role is $86,000-$140,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements in clear, formal Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
- Provide project support across finance initiatives, including data quality audits, data cleanup, data mapping for integrations, master data management, and end-to-end testing.
- Review and validate technical and functional design documents to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Work closely with IT and systems teams to support the design, implementation, and deployment of business solutions.
- Coordinate and manage issue resolution, partnering with both business and engineering teams to address critical system matters.
- Map and document as-is and to-be business process flows using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN platforms like ARIS.
- Develop and document test scripts; perform comprehensive testing, including Conference Room Pilots (CRPs).
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, develop detailed test scripts, support business teams during UAT, track and manage defect resolution, and drive closure.
- Provide timely project updates, highlight risks and issues, and collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) for effective tracking and governance.
- Support change management activities to provide inputs on user training materials and maintaining updated process documentation.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in business-facing roles supporting Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), and related finance operations.
- Experience with Oracle Financials (Oracle E-Business Suite), including:
- General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, EB-Tax, Fixed Assets, Purchasing, Approvals Management (AME), iProcurement, and iExpense (Oracle R12).
- Hands-on experience with Source to Pay (S2P) tools such as Coupa, Ariba, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of business requirements such as gathering functional process design, testing (unit, UAT), and cross-functional project collaboration.
- Experience supporting finance operations across global regions.
- Knowledge of month-end and year-end financial processing activities.
- Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end global business transformation initiatives.
- Experience working in high-tech or SaaS-based organizations.
- Familiarity with local accounting and tax regulations.
- Experience designing functional conversions and system interfaces.
- Knowledge of Oracle OBIEE or similar BI reporting tools.
- Understanding of VAT, statutory reporting, and Oracle ERP table structures.
- Proficiency in project management, testing methodologies, and change management best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and team collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with SQL and PL/SQL is a plus (though not required).
