Job Description
This role will be based in Chicago, New York, San Francisco, or Sunnyvale, depending upon which location the applicant chosen for the role is currently residing.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
The ideal candidate will function as a player-coach and will have an advanced data foundations skillset, including knowledge of data engineering principles, strong SQL/Python ability (or other ETL tools) and the ability to understand complicated business processes, systems, and analytical problems and turn them into simple, robust data solutions. Using strong communication skills, this person will effectively collaborate with a variety of people and job functions, accomplishing tasks of high complexity and scope, and have the ability to perform professionally in a challenging and extremely fast-paced environment. This person will work with upstream partners and manage junior resources on the team to help deliver against critical analytical deliverables.

Basic Qualifications:
The pay range for this role is $138,000 to $225,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management of core Sales Operations data assets, including support and enhancement as well as strategy
- Manage and grow a thriving analytics team function including mentoring junior resources
- Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, engineering and data teams to provide analysis, reporting and tools that inform key stakeholders.
- Leverage LinkedIn’s unique data to create innovative analyses & dashboards.
- Work with upstream technology partners to develop and deliver technical solutions.
- Build cross-functional relationships and partner effectively with other teams to drive project success.
- Make business recommendations, conveying findings at multiple levels including managers and peers through visual displays of quantitative information.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, technical, or related field or related practical experience
- 1+ year of People management or technical lead experience
- 7+ years of experience in data-driven roles
- 5+ years of experience in building and maintaining analytical data pipelines
- Experience using SQL, Python, and other ETL technologies
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills
- Understanding of data engineering principles
- Understanding of statistical analysis and advanced analytics
- Experience presenting data or other technical concepts to senior stakeholders
- Proven experience managing a large group of stakeholders and independently driving global projects
- Experience with Sales Operations processes and CRM systems (e.g., SFDC and Dynamics)
- Experience with all facets of the SDLC (from requirements through sunset)
- Experience with JIRA or other Issue and Project tracking software
- SQL
- Python
- Advanced Analytics/Machine Learning
- People Management or Technical Project Leadership
