We are looking for a Senior Lead Analyst, Account Review for Trust Review Operations (TRO) to be a critical part of keeping LinkedIn a professional and safe place. In this role, you will be responsible for exhibiting and maintaining expertise in identifying and understanding abuse perpetrated by inauthentic entities on LinkedIn. You will be leading cross-functional initiatives for the Account Measurement Ops Team, collaborating with stakeholders across product, data science, engineering, and policy to strengthen adversarial account detection and drive key measurement objectives. Day to Day responsibilities will include maintaining industry expertise, facilitating alignment among stakeholders, identifying process and tooling gaps, documenting processes for leadership, and mentoring junior staff while implementing strategic solutions to enhance precision, recall, and program efficiency.
Responsibilities:
· Lead the Account Measurement Ops Teams cross-functional initiatives and projects coordinating efforts with product, data science, engineering, policy, AI and research teams to drive key measurement objectives
· Facilitate a shared understanding and alignment of adversarial account identification across stakeholders at all levels through calibrations, knowledge sharing sessions and presentations
· Serve as the lead expert in account reviews and maintain an expert and defensible ability to adjudicate within the team and with cross functional partners.
· Consistently complete account reviews to ensure maintained quality and confidence in the ARE output as well as to maintain expertise in account review.
· Provide coaching to the Account Review Experts to ensure precision and recall is within an acceptable range to maintain confidence in the reviews.
· Ensure all process owners in measurement and the account review experts are well calibrated and continue to calibrate as adversarial behavior changes
· Drive tooling recommendations and prioritization related to distinguishing adversarial behavior from good member activity changes to improve precision and recall for account reviews
· Leads communication and collaboration among stakeholders to drive alignment in shared goals
· Leads by example. Demonstrating high performance and professionalism in all activities and identifying key areas for improvement for junior staff - creating and facilitating avenues for growth
· Maintain and grow expertise in industry level trends related to measurement, account review, account abuse trends and scams through proactive learning, education and knowledge share with cross functional partners
· Present on and educate cross functional partners at all levels on identifying account abuse, defending mental model and advocating for needs to drive buy in
· Documents program level processes, procedures and vision docs for exec level consumption
· Makes proposals to leadership to develop and lead initiatives end to end for improving overall measurement program for accounts
· Tactically implements and executes strategic processes for measurement and represents Ops perspective with outside teams and stakeholders
· Proposes, coordinates and implements changes based on feedback reports by liaising with cross functional partners and proactively develops and adjusts review processes providing subject matter expert input and recommendations.
Basic Qualifications:
· BA/BS Degree or related technical discipline, or related practical experience
· 4+ years of experience in the account abuse space with emphasis in standing up measurement metrics for account abuse. Experience should span across AI, Engineering and DS.
· 2+ years of experience identifying inauthentic accounts, behavior and trends with a proven ability to explain reasoning across leadership levels
· Experience in written and verbal communication using a variety of communication channels
Preferred Qualifications:
· Master's Degree in a related technical discipline
· 6+ years of experience in the account abuse space with emphasis in standing up measurement metrics for account abuse. Experience should span across AI, Engineering and DS.
· 1+ years of direct account labeling experience
· Passion and proven ability in understanding and identifying account abuse across online platforms
· Deep knowledge of fraud investigations and the tools/technologies that support it; familiarity with account take-overs, phishing, fake accounts, known trends for adversarial behaviour and SPAM
· Experience with high-level project management, stakeholder engagement, and influencing cross-functional initiatives for scalability and long-term impact delivering high-level organizational visibility and business impact.
· Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently execute strategic assessments, identify gaps, and propose innovative solutions based on deep industry expertise.
· Strong leadership skills with a track record of bridging technical teams and business units to align strategic objectives and operational initiatives.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
