Job Summary
Support the procure-to-pay and travel-to-reimbursement processes at a leading high-tech company
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate supplier records and accurately process and pay invoices
- Partner with Procurement, end users and suppliers to resolve discrepancies
- Review activity and guide MathWorks staff through the travel-to-reimbursement process
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to provide solid audit trail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
