Job Summary
Do you want to help users solve highly technical problems? Do you take pride in writing clearly, concisely, and accurately? Do you know about signal processing, audio, radar, and AI, or are eager to learn about those subjects? Do you have a science or engineering background and programming experience? Come join a multidisciplinary team that writes online help for MATLAB and Simulink users. Demonstrate creative ways to design, analyze, simulate, and use signal processing systems. Help shape the design and implementation of cutting-edge software.
Responsibilities
- Write user-focused content that explains key concepts and solutions to end users
- Develop examples, tutorials, and reference pages that explain MathWorks software and use it to solve science and engineering problems
- Collaborate with development teams in product planning, implementation, and testing
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or a PhD degree, or equivalent experience) is required.
Additional Qualifications
- Experience writing technical content for engineering audiences
- Working knowledge of MATLAB, Simulink, or equivalent technical computing software
- Experience with digital audio
- Experience working in a research or software development environment
