We are seeking an experienced program manager to join our AI Deployment and Oversight team. In this role, you will connect and deploy our Al, workflow, and workforce design solutions at scale by designing and managing the governance programs needed to drive successful deployment. This includes support for our consumer-facing Al products, continuous oversight and evaluations, and launch planning to scale major changes in our workforce and workflow design. This is a highly collaborative role, partnering across product, analytics, engineering, and operations teams to achieve high-priority business outcomes.
Program Manager, AI & Workforce Enablement Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute governance plans for AI model deployment, including launch planning, model evaluation, risk assessment and mitigation strategies, and communication plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with cross functional teams and internal stakeholders, including product, analytics, engineering, and operations teams, to ensure effective collaboration
  • Translate business objectives into key performance indicators, developing robust monitoring and root-cause investigation frameworks to assess metric trends and anomalies
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, implementing solutions that increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Create effective communications, providing regular updates to stakeholders on program status, risks, and next steps
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years experience in operations program management, proven track record of successfully managing complex programs and projects
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, able to analyze complex, ambiguous problems, and develop creative solutions
  • Communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, works effectively in a cross-functional environment
  • Effective analytical skills and data orientation, experience deriving actionable insights from data to inform business decisions, and drive process improvements
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a Technology Trust & Safety or Customer Support organization
  • Experience managing AI deployments or digital transformation initiatives
  • Lean Six Sigma, Project Management Professional (PMP), or other certifications demonstrating expertise in process improvement
  • Familiarity with launch governance, continuous oversight, and evaluation methodologies

$116,000/year to $168,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
