We’re looking for a Finance Manager to support the full financial picture for Product Risk & Compliance. This is a visible and integral role across the organization - directly supporting business leaders across Product, Engineering, Governance and Regulatory Readiness. You will support decisions around resource allocation, expense management, and prioritization across a full range of planning, strategic decision making, and forecasting. You’ll engage daily with executive business leaders, and act as both a financial business partner and strategic advisor to the leadership team. This role will offer you the opportunity to understand and contribute to many facets of business and product strategy.
Finance Manager, Product Risk & Compliance Responsibilities
  • Become an integral part of the organization's strategy and planning processes
  • Own end-to-end partnerships with a broad range of Product and Business leads
  • Drive nuanced return on investment and impact frameworks across investment areas
  • Own day-to-day operational tasks related to budget management
  • Perform strategic and ad-hoc business analysis as required
  • Champion independent viewpoints across Product Risk & Compliance and Meta Finance leadership
  • Collaborate with horizontal Financial Planning & Analysis teams to improve and operationalize processes related to headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in finance / strategic finance, business strategy, product analytics, or related professional experience managing strategic investments and strategy
  • Experience across headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
  • Experience synthesizing strategic insights and problem solving individually or in a group setting
  • Experience communicating, influencing, and relationship building with business leaders
  • Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and experience multi-tasking in a dynamic environment
  • Experience working with business leaders on resourcing decisions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working at a leading technology, internet or high growth company
  • Experience working in a hyper-scaling environment
  • Experience in data analytics, developing code, and/or forecasting (SQL, Python, R)
  • Interest in data and technology and self-directing in highly ambiguous and strategic projects

$142,000/year to $205,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
