We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our Metaverse Trust PMM team, supporting the work that shapes making Meta’s metaverse products a trusted destination for everyone. This position will play a critical role in the experience for the Youth and Family audience for Meta Horizon, including Worlds and Meta Horizon OS for our mixed reality headsets and mobile app. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for informing the trust & safety roadmap with preteens, teens, parents and regulatory needs in mind as well as lead go-to-market efforts that drive acquisition and growth. You will bring a combination of strategic vision, proven communication skills, analytical acumen, and hardware and/or software product launch experience, having worked in highly cross-functional, dynamic environments built to move fast, effectively prioritize and pivot quickly as needed.
Product Marketing Manager - Metaverse Consumer Trust Responsibilities
  • Influence and shape product strategies, positioning, and narratives through the use of user insights, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape in close collaboration with research, product, communications and policy
  • Lead cross-functional teams through forming and executing the trust go-to-market strategy. Be the single point of contact for communicating updates and leading review alignment across organizational leaders
  • Lead market assessment through quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback, and represent the consumer point of view around trust, safety, and privacy internally with Product Management and cross-functional teams
  • Tackle complex problems with a strategic mindset, and create thoughtful recommendations and action plans for solving those problems
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, trust management, management consulting, business strategy or a similar field
  • Experience working on issues related to consumer trust, safety, and/or privacy in consumer products
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional teams through influence and driving resolution in the context of competing perspectives
  • Experience structuring and solving problems, and influencing product decisions to move insights to action
  • Experience with consumer research and proficiency in using data and insights to inform product and go-to-market strategy
  • Experience in presenting to leadership and cross-functional forums
  • Knowledge of Meta’s portfolio of products and its mission to build the future of human connection and the technology that makes it possible
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent Marketing experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters degree or equivalent in business, marketing, analytics, engineering, or other related quantitative discipline
  • Experience in consumer tech hardware and/or software for hardware products sold in both the consumer and B2B channels
  • Experience and/or domain knowledge in augmented reality, virtual reality, mixed reality, wearable devices, mobile devices, and/or hardware/software platforms

$158,000/year to $223,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
