Network Engineer, Deployment and Support Responsibilities
- Develop tests that qualify complex network migration procedures in lab/emulation before executing the same in production.
- Configuring and troubleshooting routing and switching protocols (BGP, IS-IS, MPLS, RSVP-TE, VRRP, TCP/UDP,DHCP,IPV6 and DNS).
- Working on languages such as Python and C++ to support automation and network deployments.
- Analyses data to diagnose and identify root causes to network issues and experience in maintaining multi-vendor, multi-protocol backbone and edge networks.
- Create deployment packages and maintain as-built documentation and asset database for installed network gear.
- Establish and implement global best practices and contribute to the design of new scalable network solutions.
- Support the development, testing and integration of new hardware and software platforms into the network.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support the regional network infrastructure 24x7.
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Technology Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and 12 months of experience in the job offered or in a network-related occupation.
- Experience must include 12 months of experience in each of the following:
- 1. Configuring and troubleshooting routing and switching protocols (BGP, IS-IS, MPLS, RSVP-TE, VRRP)
- 2. Network protocols (TCP/UDP, DHCP, DNS)
- 3. IPv4 and IPv6
- 4. Working on multiple projects simultaneously and delivering against deadlines
- 5. Working in global team environments
- 6. Experience operating, deploying, and/or designing large-scale network, optical, and network ai infrastructure
- 7. Experience in routing and switching - hardware design and knowledge of forwarding and data planes.

$129,889/year to $180,400/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
