Partnerships
The Reality Labs & AI Partnerships organization focuses on building and managing partnerships that are crucial to the success of Meta's company priorities. As the Reality Labs and AI Partnerships team scales into a multifaceted, global organization spanning multiple ecosystems including XR, AI, Strategic Technology Partners, OEM, Developer Relations and AI GTM, we need a Program Manager who can directly support leadership to tighten the rhythm of the business, generate data‑driven insight, dive into products or processes to fix what’s broken, and surface clear signal over noise. This Program Manager would sit inside the Strategy & Operations team, partnering directly with and supporting leadership (VPs) to install—and continuously improve—the operating system that keeps us aligned and moving. This role should drive clarity and momentum: bridging strategy, execution, deal work, and communications without acting as a gatekeeper.
Program Manager, Operations, RL & AI Partnerships Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and Program Management: Drive organization and execution of large, complex projects, with little to no oversight, from inception to operational execution. Partner with leadership and teams to operationalize goals, maintain accurate priorities, and ensure accountability. Manage, frame and simplify complex business problems in terms of people and process. Drive program management across different business development teams, and cross-functional teams
- Operating Rhythm - Build and drive operational rigor and a consistent rhythm of business across Reality Labs and AI Partnerships. Design and run weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences. Ensure alignment with cross-Meta processes, driving clear agendas, productive reviews and efficient follow-ups with a bias for action
- Communications: Effectively frame and communicate complex information to leadership and wide-ranging teams. Drive key leadership meetings and effectively communicate strategic recommendations and updates to leadership and stakeholders. Manage ongoing communication within and between teams and their business leaders
- Collaboration & Influence: Collaborate and drive consensus and decision making across all levels, locations, and cross-functional partners (product, engineering, strategic response, legal, policy, communications, marketing)
- Cross‑Organization Coordination - Lead key initiatives and programs (including budget planning, goal setting, and transformation projects) that stretch across RL and AI partnerships pillars. Set workstreams, drive progress, escalate blockers early, and close communication loops
- Rapid Problem Solving and Escalation Management - Dive into products, processes, or partner engagements when things stall. Stand up ad‑hoc tiger teams, fix blockers directly, and restore momentum
- Visibility & Signal - Maintain a living dashboard of Vice President level priorities, decisions, risks, metrics, and escalations
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree
- 12+ years work experience including 5+ years experience with operations and/or program management at a tech company, startup, or strategy consulting firm
- Experience managing complex, high-visibility programs end-to-end under tight timelines with shifting priorities
- Experience bringing clarity to ambiguity with little oversight, bringing ideas to fruition, and leading cross functional teams towards a common goal
- Experience leading initiatives involving large-scaled organizational transformations. Grasp of the organizational dynamics that influence adoption of process changes
- Experience creating long and short-form communications, including compiling briefing materials and developing presentations with a high level of craft. Ability to distill complex ideas simply through a variety of mediums and to zoom in and out effortlessly based on audience
- Quantitative, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with business acumen
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with executive/C-suite employees, internally and externally
- Experience working with confidential information while maintaining discretion
- Exposure to AR/VR, AI, hardware, or scaled partner ecosystems
- Advanced Degree, MBA, or Law Degree
