Meta is seeking an experienced B2B AI product manager with experience in building Data Platforms and Integrations, as well as an extreme growth mindset to define new AI-native approaches to building software. The ideal product manager for this team will work with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, data scientists and researchers to define and execute our monetization strategy. We are looking for extremely entrepreneurial Product Managers who value moving quickly, building 0-1 products, and are experienced in B2B SaaS and AI.
Product Manager, Business AI Data Platform Responsibilities
- Is the primary PM leader for all things Data in building Business AI apps including lead generation, commerce via ads and Sales focused agents, and messaging agents
- Understand Meta’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and drives value for the 200M businesses that rely on Meta each day
- Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps
- Plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects for web-based products and platforms
- Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative tools, platforms, and/or products
- Drive product development with teams of world-class engineers and designers, while maintaining team health
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones
- Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to improve engineer productivity and enhance user satisfaction
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metricsUnderstand Meta’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and drive value for the 200M businesses that rely on Meta each day
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years B2B product management or related industry experience with domain-specific experience shipping generative AI apps into production
- 10+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design and user research teams
- Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field and 2+ years of experience in the following:
- Experience navigating through the full product life-cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution
- Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience
- Experience presenting to executive audiences
- Experience in launching new products from 0 to 1
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and excel in uncertain and ambiguous environments
- Customer-centric approach
- Experience using AI to build software products and building AI and agents in production
- Experience in building Data and Integration Platforms, Knowledge extraction and management using machine learning
- Can navigate through the full product life-cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with B2B customer-driven development
- Experience building Data and Integration platform/ecosystem products, or marketplaces
- Experience building commerce, marketing, and CRM software
- Experienced Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence PMs

$202,000/year to $277,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
