Business Process Analyst Responsibilities
- Utilize specialized Knowledge of Meta’s internal quality systems (such as HFPM and LAM) to conduct root cause analyses in the Child Safety domain to support the child safety space.
- Conduct analyses to improve Meta’s policies in partnership with Core Policy team.
- Improve policies based on analyses that take into account feedback from sites and quality teams that the Beneficiary has worked with previously.
- Conduct analyses to improve Meta’s operational guidelines in partnership with Core Policy team.
- Improve operational guidelines based on analyses that take into account feedback from sites and quality teams that the Beneficiary has worked with previously.
- Leverage Centra an internal investigation tool to look at any content that has been incorrectly missed by reviewers.
- Utilize MMS (multimedia match service) to identify content to add to Meta’s PhotoDNA banks that allow for content to be automatically taken down upon reuploads.
- Review content in SRT to train and educate human reviewers on how to action per Meta’s policies and guidelines.
- Investigate tasks with potential false positives, high risk escalations to ensure proper enforcement for sensitive cases.
- Identify trends from around the world, specifically Bangladesh and other Asian markets to ensure Meta’s protocols will capture inappropriate content.
- Translate unique examples of violating content in Bangladeshi that will allow for greater enforcement in this sensitive region.
- Analyze trends and identify new areas of research opportunities.
- Communicate clear and consistent updates with reviewer sites around the globe.
- Leverage internal tooling and processes to share updates appropriately and through the right channels.
- Request appropriate quality team investigations and support when metrics dip below guardrails.
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalency) in Business Administration, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering Management or related field and 1 year of work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
- Requires 1 year of experience in each of the following skills:
- 1. Experience with project management, consulting experience, data analysis, technical systems, or customer operations
- 2. Experience communicating with a variety of audiences, including engineering and technical teams
- 3. Managing and prioritizing projects end-to-end across various stakeholders and functions
- 4. Deliver projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development
- 5. Work directly with global cross-functional teams to implement next-generation community experiences through process, policy, and product improvements
- 6. Analyze data to identify user trends and malicious behavior and suggest recommendations to improve operations and
- 7. Lead investigations and resolve issues.

$115,047/year to $125,400/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
