Join the AI Business Solutions team to help shape the future of enterprise transformation through AI agents. We are looking for a strategic and customer-obsessed Senior Product Marketing Manager, Frontier Function to drive marketing for Microsoft's "Frontier Function" vision, empowering functional leaders to reimagine their operations using Microsoft’s ecosystem of AI-powered solutions.

This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, go-to-market execution, and customer engagement. You’ll lead initiatives that define guides and playbooks that lay out practical guidance on how business functions—including finance, supply chain, sales, and marketing—can transform their operations with AI and agents. You’ll also help shape product direction, and build compelling marketing programs that drive awareness, adoption, and business impact.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in product marketing OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in product marketing OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a business to business (B2B) organization.
  • Experience translating technical concepts into customer narratives.
  • Experience influencing product strategy.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in product marketing OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in product marketing OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience working successfully cross-functionally.
  • Experience with AI agents or business applications.
  • Experience engaging with functional business leaders.

Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Lead primary research to define target functions, personas, and high-impact processes.
  • Build functional blueprints that help customers discover opportunities for automation and value creation.
  • Develop and execute full-stack marketing strategies to reach functional leaders through events, thought leadership, video, blog, social, and Public Relations (PR)/Analyst Relations (AR).
  • Shape product portfolio in partnership with Product Marketing and Engineering to meet functional needs and differentiate from competitors.
  • Refine go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Sales, Partner, and go-to-market (GTM) stakeholders.
  • Create compelling messaging, demos, and sales materials aligned to customer journeys.
  • Define and track success metrics across marketing and product performance.
  • Act as a strategic partner to teams across Microsoft to land revenue and engagement growth priorities.
