Qualifications

Required qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
    • OR equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience leveraging finance tools including Excel, Power BI, and AI to generate actionable insights to drive business outcomes

Preferred qualifications

  • Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance work experience
    • OR equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage competing projects/priorities in a dynamic fashion
  • Problem-solving skills, ability to deal with ambiguity and changing business requirements
  • Thrives in a highly matrixed environment where results are obtained through influence not authority

Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.

Responsibilities

To be successful, the individual needs to be analytical, be a curious and strategic thinker, collaborative, self-motivated and able to easily connect the dots and understand high level picture.

In this role you will:

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales, finance) to define key performance levers, set decision support frameworks, surface insights, and drive sustainable & profitable revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize complex workflows and integrations with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and user experience
  • Develop applications and solutions using AI, Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency
  • Drive innovation to existing systems & tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize complex workflows and integrations with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and user experience
  • Implement process improvements through effective partnerships and a deep understanding of financial complexities within the AI space
