This dynamic team designs and delivers the physical experiences that connect players to the Xbox universe, from flagship consoles like Xbox Series X|S, to cutting-edge accessories, controllers, and cloud gaming infrastructure.

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead silicon system integration programs across hardware, software, and validation teams. You’ll drive execution from pre-silicon planning through post-silicon validation, coordinating with internal teams and external partners such as silicon manufacturers, OEM to deliver high-impact product solutions.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 4+ years of experience in custom/roadmap SoC architecture planning, pre/post silicon validation test planning, silicon bring-up activities on evaluation/product boards, and firmware integration.
  • 4+ years of experience in technical program management within hardware development, software/firmware integration or silicon engineering domains.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • Deep understanding of silicon vertical integration across CPU, GPU, Memory, Storage, Operation System, and platforms software/firmware integration workflow in post-silicon validation.
  • Familiarity of SoC system software architecture, design and development for SoC hardware.
  • Experience with silicon bring-up, emulation, and validation tools.
  • Experience with contract negotiation, resource planning, and budget tracking.
  • Knowledge of thermal simulation, substrate design, and signal integrity considerations.
  • Proficiency in communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across organizational boundaries.
  • Possess executive presence, ability to influence leadership, and maintain grace under pressure.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly.

Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.

Responsibilities

    • Identify risks, resolve blockers, and manage execution.
