Overview

Microsoft’s Global Marketing Engines & Experiences (GMEE) organization is transforming marketing at Microsoft by driving programs that engage customers personally and deliver measurable business outcomes. Within GMEE, eCommerce is foundational for acquiring and building long-term customer relationships at scale. This eCommerce team role will be responsible for accelerating growth of Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses among existing eCommerce customers.

In this role, you will lead eCommerce customer expansion strategy, customer insights, and programs designed to grow the average Copilot licenses per eCommerce customer. You’ll drive strategic planning and execution, leveraging data-driven insights, and lead cross-functional team collaboration to unlock transformative Copilot growth among eCommerce customers. You’ll partner across marketing, product marketing, finance and engineering to define high-impact opportunities, build business cases, and align investments that deliver customer expansion growth.

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in product marketing, business strategy, or eCommerce growth roles, ideally within technology or SaaS environments.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to translate data and telemetry insights into compelling business cases and investment narratives.
  • Experience in marketing AI products preferred.

Additional or preferred qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Track record of successful customer programs and initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in both building strategic plans and delivering executional excellence.

Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
