Overview
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team!
The Microsoft Copilot Studio team is on a mission to integrate intelligent agents into business applications, simplify workflows, and increase productivity. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager that designs and builds next-generation conversational AI integrations between Copilot Studio and first party partners to enable information workers and end users to harvest the power of agents in their flow of work.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework).
- 1+ year experience building Gen AI or conversational AI products.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development.
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).
- Experience with the Product Led Growth strategy and product development approach, from uncovering customer needs and pain points to understanding market landscape and strategy.
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.

Responsibilities
- Work on a team of Product Managers focused on integrating Copilot Studio's capabilities with first party partners.
- Utilize Copilot, agents (or equivalent) in day-to-day work to gain firsthand experience of transforming productivity with AI.
- Work closely with partners to drive win-win outcomes and manage expectations.
- Develop an understanding of the business, our customers, and the technical landscape through market and customer research in Generative AI and Conversational AI products.
- Partner with engineering, design, marketing, data science, and user research teams to develop strategies, priorities, and roadmaps.
- Lead team execution toward a product roadmap with clear measures, projected impact, and prioritization toward measurable outcomes.
