Overview
As a Senior Technical Program Manager (Hybrid AI), you will: Implement AI solutions in practical settings, including architecture design and proof of concepts. Facilitate the adoption of hybrid AI technologies by collaborating with business decision makers, developers, and IT professionals. Promote real-world use of Surface NPUs by enabling edge and hybrid AI scenarios for commercial customers.
Work with ISVs to develop edge and hybrid AI agents that showcase advancements in AI-powered devices. Support top deals, build repeatable plays, and shape the future of AI-powered devices. Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement technical solutions for hybrid AI scenarios, working closely with software and hardware engineering teams.
- Identify risks and propose data-driven mitigations for AI projects.
- Define success criteria and collaborate across teams to deliver features for cross-functional projects.
- Drive continuous improvement by validating use cases and collecting performance metrics.
- Engage directly with customers and ISVs to support adoption and showcase AI-powered device capabilities.
- Contribute to customer support and participate in direct customer engagements.
