We're seeking a user-focused Senior Product Manager, Agent Experiences to help shape these initiatives.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience working with data or AI-powered products to deliver user value.
  • Proven ability to analyze customer feedback (e.g., DSATs), leverage data to uncover key trends through Copilot Insights Engine or Power BI, identify gaps and translate it into actionable product improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with design, engineering, and other stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework).
  • 4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).
  • 4+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience.

Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • User-centric focus: they advocate a user-centric approach, emphasizing the needs and behaviors of M365 extensibility spanning across declarative copilot, custom actions, Custom Engine Copilot and any new features we launch under the Agents umbrella.
  • Capture requirements: explore the customer problem space and determine key requirements as discovered through various customer forums and product planning cycles.
  • Feature and backlog prioritization: the PM will be responsible for working with multiple feature teams to groom the backlog and help prioritize work for feature teams.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends and uncover opportunities for user experience.
  • Leverage experience in EVALS to drive performance metrics and optimization strategies.
  • Analyze customer DSATs and user insights to drive product improvements.
